Ad Submission Policies
ALL ADS MUST BE RECEIVED AND PAID FOR BY APRIL 1, 2024 AT 11:59PM EST. • All ad submissions must be completely designed with text, photos and/or artwork incorporated into one of the acceptable file formats as previously stated under
Acceptable File Formats.

Handwritten ads will not be accepted

Scanned business cards as ads will not be accepted

Ads will be printed in color – please provide color proofs
Ad Submission Process

Ads should be submitted online via this website. Once you complete the form above you will be redirected to out payment portal. After completing payment you will be allowed to upload your ad(s).

No ads will be accepted via any other medium. (such as hardcopy or text messages)

Please name and save ads using the following naming convention:
Save files as the submitter’s first and last name and ad size. If there is more than one ad being uploaded, include a numerical value to differentiate between the ads:
